The view of the Zambezi river from the Cahorra Bassa dam wall............. the colours in the rainy season are so intense, just love it!

a rather scrawny cockrel, which so many say, makes for the best eating here in Mozambique....distinguished by having no feathers on their necks....

we buy quite a few cattle every week from the surrounding areas, which are then (sadly) trucked off to the feedlots..... I love the Nguni type with so many colours.... look at these 2 that arrived today...
