we spent a wonderful few relaxing days in the Shire Highlands of Malawi... living in Tete, we really appreciate the cool, gorgeous greens, flowers, that many take for granted! Beautiful place and well worth a visit....

It's one of those Sundays where I woke up feeling sorry for myself (guess it comes from Sundays at boarding school) but cheered up reading this "self pity will parch your attitudes, it will paralyze your abilities and it will put off your achievements.
