Snapping Africa 2

I hope you enjoy my next "photographic adventure" as much as I will sharing it with you.....

Tuesday, 29 July 2014

spent a full day and 2 nights at Casindira Lodge in the Magoe district, on the banks of Cahorra Bassa Lake...... JB was busy buying cattle for the company and I snapped away to my hearts content......Definitley a spot not to be missed. A place to be "fed up!", unwind, relax and enjoy the view with a G&T in hand,or maybe 2 or even 3!

What a hilarious moment! A few friends and I went photographing yesterday......we stopped this donkey cart of youngsters to take pics. With our very broken Portugese we explained that we wanted them all to smile (I have noticed they do not like smiling for pics, I will share a photograph tomorrow and you can see why!) - one youngster jumped off the donkey cart and started trying to force the poor donkeys jaws open, which was met with much resistance! After a moment we figured out what he was up to, he thought we had asked him to try and make the donkeys smile! Hope this makes you smile this Friday!......
